Web/UX/UI Designer
Maple Synapse Inc. | Toronto, ON | June 2024 – April 2025
At Maple Synapse, I led end-to-end website design for small business clients — from the first meeting to the live launch.
I worked closely with owners to understand their goals and translate them into intuitive, high-performing websites.
One project I’m especially proud of was Wanglang Thai Restaurant, where I redesigned their online ordering flow and improved usability. After the relaunch, the restaurant saw a 15% increase in dine-in orders and 18% in takeout sales.
I built fully responsive websites with Framer, created interactive prototypes in Figma, and collaborated with developers for smooth handoff.
When the company shifted to a freelance-based model, I completed my role and continued pursuing independent UX design projects.
Freelance Web/UX/UI Designer & Illustrator
Self-Employed | 2019 – 2022
During this period, I worked with clients in both non-profit and private sectors, combining design strategy with visual storytelling.
A highlight was redesigning the Living Thailand NGO website, transforming a cluttered site into a clear, trustworthy platform that reflected their mission to support people with mental disabilities.
The new website helped the organization gain 15% higher engagement and played a key role in securing government funding.
I also created illustrations and campaign visuals for NGOs, translating sensitive social issues, like women’s rights and healthcare, into accessible, culturally grounded visuals that people could connect with.
Brand & Communications Designer
Chalardkid | Nakhonratchasiam, TH | 2016 – 2020
I founded and managed the brand identity and communication strategy for Chalardkid, a creative learning center for young children.
At the time, the city lacked age-appropriate education options, so I built a brand that represented fun, curiosity, and hands-on learning.
I produced everything, from logos and promotional videos to teaching materials and social content, creating a consistent identity parents could trust.
Within a few years, Chalardkid grew from an unknown startup to a fully booked learning center with a waiting list every semester.
Running this business gave me a deep understanding of how design connects directly to real people and business growth, a lesson that continues to shape my UX work today.
Web Designer
Redlab Co. Ltd. | Bangkok, TH | 2014 – 2015
I worked in a fast-paced agency environment, designing responsive websites and campaigns for major Thai brands.
One of my favorite projects was “ฉลาดเลือก” (Smart Choice), an educational game created for Nestlé to teach consumers how to read product labels.
I combined illustration and gamification to make the topic approachable and fun.
The campaign drove strong engagement and positive brand sentiment, showing me how thoughtful design can educate and inspire at the same time.
